The free private parking and the helpful staff were the best aspects of the hotel. the breakfast was decent and the location was convenient for exploring the nearby area.

the room decor was outdated and uninviting, giving the impression of a lack of maintenance. the stay was adequate but not memorable or worth returning to.

had a good evening meal for reasonable price, very good choice at breakfast buffet eventhough there didn't seem to be that many guests staying at the time. clean, comfortable and spatious room.

No hot water in afternoon. "Takes a long time to run through". 5 minutes +? Waited 45mins in eveing for simple pasta dish in restaurant. Breakfast advertised as starting at 7am but not out on tables until 7.15am when I had to leave at 7.30am.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right on the lake provided a stunning view, and being close to a beautiful park made it even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant was a real standout, with a high quality and selection of food that exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly professional and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The spacious room and quiet location ensured a restful and comfortable stay.

The on-site restaurant is located on an island in the Big Pond, which is an ideal spot to enjoy the tranquility and breathtaking views of the surrounding lake. the restaurant is close to a beautiful park where guests can take a leisurely stroll after their meal. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was outdated and in dire need of renovation. the breakfast was mediocre, with limited options of vegetarian and vegan dishes. the staff was unenthusiastic and failed to provide assistance when needed.

The parking facilities are limited, which led to inconvenience and added expenses who chose to park elsewhere.
